Gisla's Library - The picture below is a few of the books that aren't showing in other pictures. 

The link below is to all books that are for sale from Gisla's Library. As explained in the initial Blog Post,  we are downsizing. I'd rather that these books and belongings go to people who will appreciate them. These books cover a variety of topics - most are SCA period, a very few are outside of period.

Several of these books are in German or French language. I've found that taking a picture of the page with my tablet or phone while in Google Translate helped me to read the bits I needed help with.

Check out this sheet for the list with prices. I'm open to "offers" for bundles of books. If you'd like a picture of a specific book in the library, please just let me know.

Wooden Chest

This wooden chest was hand made by an SCA Artisan. I believe the wood is oak and cherry or walnut, but I'm not a wood identification expert. This chest is approximately 11 x 7 x 6.5 (at the apex of the curve) in. 

I'm asking $40.

Carved Soapstone Box w/ lid

This box is perfect for rings or other small pieces of jewelry. The top has an inlaid flower. This box is approximately 3.5 x 4.5 x 1 in. 

I'm asking $25.

Carved Cinnabar Boxes

This pair of identical deeply carved lacquerware boxes with a blue enamel interior. This box is approximately 2" diameter x 1.5" tall .

The San Francisco Music Box Modern Music Box

This wooden music box by The San Francisco Music Box Company plays The Magic Flute. The box is in immaculate condition with a velvet lined interior and visible music box component. This box is approximately 6"x4" x ~2.5" tall.

I'm asking $30. 

Sewing Organizer

This tapestry covered sewing organizer has multiple size zip pockets to store all of your sewing bits. The 2 inner leaves are removeable if you want to sort your sewing into categories (or if you use all your leaves, take everything all the time). This organizers is in immaculate condition folded organizer is is approximately 10"x12". I put a standard hotel freebie sewing kit in for comparison. The bottom pocket has 1 plastic thimble, one thumb (metal, no tip) thimble, and a cheap plastic measuring tape. As you see, there is plenty of room in that pocket. And yes, those will ship with the organizer unless you ask otherwise.
