Who are you?

We are NOT a business or shop. We are just a couple of families coming together to sell off no-longer-used SCA items. 

Where are you located?

We are based in the greater Portland, Oregon area. If you're local, we prefer to meet in person for transactions. However, we are happy to ship items within the United States. International shipping is something we may consider on a case-by-case basis, but it’s not our preference. We can also deliver items to AnTir's 12th Night this coming January (2025).

Do you offer discounts?

Yes! We offer discounts if you come in person and pay cash. For items that need to be shipped or if you're paying by credit card, we accept PayPal or Venmo.

How do you handle shipping?

    Books: Unless otherwise marked, shipping is included in the price for books. We will ship most books via media mail to keep costs low. We've slightly marked up book prices to cover shipping, so there’s no need to worry about extra fees.

    Trims and small items: These will be shipped in the smallest priority box they fit in to keep the cost reasonable.

    Larger items: For bulkier gear, contact us directly to discuss shipping options and costs. We’ll aim to ship at the lowest rate available while ensuring your items are well-protected.

What payment methods do you accept?

For in-person purchases, we prefer cash. For items that are shipped or for those who prefer using cards, we accept PayPal or Venmo, though an extra fee may apply.

Can I make a bulk purchase?

Absolutely! If you're interested in purchasing multiple items, feel free to contact us, and we can discuss potential bulk discounts and combined shipping.

How often do you update inventory?

Our listings will be updated periodically, as we go through our collections. Keep an eye on our blog for new additions!

Is everything listed on your blog?

Yes, our plan is to eventually post all available items on the blog. If you don’t see something you’re looking for, feel free to ask! We may have it waiting to be listed.

Are sales final?

Yes, all sales are final. However, if we made a mistake or there was a significant error in the item description, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
